I have been seeing bread rings popping up all over the place recently. I especially love the ones that have a dip in the center. Pull-apart bread is a perfect appetizer for homegating, holiday entertaining, or really any party. I was asked by the good people at Bertolli Riserva to create a recipe with one of their sauces. The sauces are so unique and flavorful, I really wanted a unique recipe to showcase the sauce’s flavors.
That is how the Meatball stuffed Pull-Apart Italian Skillet was created. It’s a bit of a mouth full to say so I’ll break it down for you. It starts with a roll stuffed with a meatball. The rolls are baked in a skillet and the Bertolli Riserva sauce is served as dip inside the bread roll. So good! My family of four devoured the ring in 5 minutes.
