At our preschool the kids take turns bringing in a snack for the class. I am very excited because I get we get to bring treats on Oct 25. I love doing themed treats, so I love that our snack date is so close to Halloween.
Last year I bought these cute snack boxes on clearance after Halloween. They are pretty much small popcorn boxes. I would love to come up with a snack to put in the boxes. That’s where I need some help! I’m not sure what to put inside.
Last year for preschool snack I made these monster pretzel rods.
I could really use some help with inspiration. There are a few guidelines I have to follow:
- No cupcakes allowed. – Cupcakes are for birthday’s only
- No nuts – my daughter is allergic
- It is a snack time, so something with an element of “real food” would be nice. I try to avoid pure sugar.
Here are some things I have seen on Pinterest that I think are cute.

Thanks for your help!!!

Those snails are cute, what about witches fingers:

Not tried that recipe, any cheese straw recipe would do. You’d have to find an alternative to almonds for the fingernails though :/
