My Sister-in-law’s baby shower was last Saturday and it went off so well. Everything got rave reviews and a few little girls kept asking their Moms if they could eat the burp cloth cupcakes.
I wanted to one last post that wraps everything up and features a few things I haven’t blogged about.
These are little paper baby booties. They were so cute. My other Sister in law made little tulle pouches with pink candy that we filled the shoes with. They were the perfect favor! I’m trying to put together a downloadable template that you can use on your cricut machine. Exciting huh? Sadly graphics work takes a lot of time.
I also made these little pink napkin dresses. I saw the tutorial over at How Does She?
I also made these strawberry flowers. They were delicious! You can find the recipe I used here.
I baked some button cookies. I loved how they looked, but they might have been better utilized as clay pigeons. Good flavor but WAY too crunchy for my tastes. I’m more into super soft lofthouse style cookies.
Here’s a picture of the favor table. It was the first thing you saw when you walked into the house.
Here was the dessert/drink table. Check out how awesome that buffet server is. I love it and I want one!
If you couldn’t tell I will be having a niece pretty soon. I can’t wait!!
No party shots, I put my camera away and just had a great time!
I also forgot to get a shot of the lollipop topiary. It was a huge hit too. Especially with all the little girls running around!!
In case you missed them the first time, you can go and check out the tutes for everything here…
