Looks like we are having two posts today!
After I got the bunny peep downloads up this morning I couldn’t help thinking like I needed to do something a little more imaginative with them. Here is what I came up with using a shirt from the dollar store…
The front reads, “Where my peeps at?” On the back, you have three little pink peeps hanging out on the bottom of the shirt.
EDIT: After getting some flack for my poor grammar, I guess I should explain that it is a joke. Besides being marshmellowy candy, peeps is slang for people. Hope that clears up any confusion.
Here is a close-up of the peeps on the back.
Here the steps/techniques I used.
1. Using the Bunny Peep Template, I cut out some Pellon brand applique paper. Ironed on the purple fabric and cut out my applique.
2. Also using the Peep template I cut out these three little peeps on freezer paper. I also cut out the words on freezer paper. The font was Gadzoox for any one interested in that sort of thing.
3. I’m not going to go over how to freezer paper stencil or applique as there are already a million tutorials on those things.
4. When all the paint was set, and my applique was sewed on I applied some Iron-on Studs for the eyes of the bunny on the front. The eyes on the back are Tulip brand ‘Glam-It-Up’ Iron on studs. I have the cordless heat-setting tool and it couldn’t be easier or faster to put those bad-boys on.
One of the best parts of the shirt is that the only thing I ended up buying out of pocket was the big studs for the eyes. Everything else came out of my stash! Yippee for inexpensive projects!!
Here is a close up of the front of the shirt, you can see the studs much better.
Don’t forgot to show me if you try something with the Bunny Peeps. You can either link to a blog post or send me a picture to CuteAsAFoxCreations@gmail.com

I had a shirt with that very same saying on it, but it wasn’t anywhere near as cute (for one thing, it was BLACK. I got it ’cause the saying made me laugh). Bought it at Walmart….what can you expect. I would buy yours in a new york minute. 🙂
