I finally caved and made a Halloween decoration! I’ve been so excited to get into the Fall/Halloween spirit. He is a cute little ghost luminario made out of a mason jar.
Here’s a question for you. Would you like to see a tutorial for this, or is it easy enough to figure out on your own? I’m happy to make a step by step tutorial, but I thought I’d check to see if you even want one.
Drop me a comment and I’ll get crackin’!
(My hall closet sure is spooky at 3 in the afternoon!) 😉

There are tutorials for similar projects on Instructables (http://www.instructables.com/id/Recycled-Jar-Jack-OLanterns/) and Not So Idle Hands (http://notsoidlehands.blogspot.com/2009/09/freecycle-friday-glowing-jack-olanterns.html), including templates for the faces. Although these use tissue paper and I think you used paint & flipped them upside down.

I’d love a tutorial so I won’t have to guess. That would be great on my front porch with those little lights that don’t need electricity. Wow that whole last part of the sentence is so wrong. I just can’t remember what they are called.
