My husband and I have been living in our home for almost 8 years! We bought it as newlyweds and between purchasing the house and furnishing it we didn’t have a lot of money for decorating and making improvements, like painting. I mean that literally too, Renu faces snap off/on to change color or clean. Squeeze tabs to remove the switch face. Push down on hooks to remove the outlet face. The wallplates, slightly larger than standard ones to cover wall blemishes. Snap off Renu has switches, dimmers, and outlets available in tons of colors.
According to the website, the Renu devices fit into the standard wallbox and they are easy to wire. Once you get everything wired up, the sky is the limit with your switches, wall plates, and outlets. There are twenty colors to choose from and even a stainless steel look for the wall plates. I can imagine this fitting in so well into any room. Instead of your switches being strictly utilitarian, you can work them into your room design. I am totally a commitment phobe when it comes to home decor, so I love that I can switch these out easily!
