- 1 lb ground sausage
- 2 cans Original Ro-Tel
- 1 full block Velveeta cheese
- Thoroughly cook the ground sausage in a pan. Drain.
- Cube the Velveeta cheese.
- Place the Sausage, Velveeta, and Ro-Tel in a slow cooker on low. Don’t drain the Ro-Tel before adding it to the crock pot. You want that liquid in your your dip.
- Stir the mixture about every 15 minutes until it is melted through. Turn the slow cooker to warm and serve.

Yum! I don’t usually include sausage in my version, but it sounds like a great addition! I’ll have to try this.

This looks yummy! It would be great to make when we have everyone over for New Year’s Eve. My favorite party food to make is usually my ranch pecan cheese ball and homemade crackers.
