- 2 cups First Street cooked, frozen shrimp.
- 1 Tbsp Minced Garlic
- 2 tsp red chili powder
- Splash Lime Juice
- Thaw the shrimp according to package instructions. Make sure they are well drained.
- Heat the shrimp over medium heat with the garlic and chili powder.
- Saute until hot and then add a splash of lime juice.
- Serve immediately.
The lime and chili powder really keep the nacho vibe we have going with the totchos bar. I was a little unsure of shrimp and nacho cheese, but I loved it! If you’re looking for a lighter totchos recipe, skip the nacho cheese and go with the shrimp and bell peppers.
Let’s break down our favorite totchos recipes. From top to bottom:
Top: Tater Tots, Nacho Cheese, Chili, jalapenos, sour cream, shredded cheese
Middle: Tater Tots, Nacho Cheese, Tricolor bell peppers, chili lime garlic shrimp, bacon
Bottom: Tater Tots, Nacho Cheese, Salsa, jalapenos, sour cream, bacon, olives
